        Local Partnership & Permitting Support – Singapore-Based Client

• • We are advising a Singapore-based client by providing strategic consultancy on establishing local relationships, navigating permitting procedures, and securing necessary approvals for project development in Mongolia. Our role includes stakeholder coordination, regulatory interpretation, and on-the-ground facilitation to ensure smooth entry and operational readiness.

        PPP Structuring – UK-Based Client

• • One Partners is actively participating in the early-stage structuring of a nationally prioritized project under Mongolia’s PPP framework. Our team is advising a UK-based client on the legal, financial, and institutional aspects of securing a Public-Private Partnership with the Government of Mongolia.

        Offtake Execution – Korea-Based Client

• • We successfully advised a Korean firm in executing an offtake agreement for the supply of tungsten concentrate from a Mongolian mining company. Following the transfer of funds, One Partners facilitated the transaction and coordination between the parties. The supply agreement is now active, with deliveries scheduled.
